The rent of Stand Up Paddle Surf (SUP) equipments requires accepting the next conditions:

• Having basic knowledge of practicing Paddle Surf and can to swim.
• Users must to be adults. Minors will have to go with an adult who is being responsible of their safety and their acts.
• The language applies to all Suping Mallorca SL’s services’s legal aspect is the Spanish and any translation is for the only purpose of facilitating the understanding of the documents by the user. Regardless of the language you are signing acceptance of the GENERAL CONDITIONS, the USER DECLARATION or other related documents.
• The client is liable the equipment delivered from the moment of its delivery to its return.
• If any part or all the equipment gets lost or broken, the client have to pay the value of it, according to the RRP value table of the manufacturers.
• SUPING MALLORCA SL declines any liability regarding to the acts and process that the user can do (lack of common sense, negligent safety, omission of assistance, injuries to people, harm to goods, etc.) with the equipment which has been rented without a guide, from the moment of the delivery of the material to its return. The damages that may be caused to third parts will be only liability of the user.
• Not included in the accident insurance specifically excluded aspects of it, see www.supingmallorca.com. In particular no process or altered state of health where the only manifestation is just the pain. In general any functional limitation, which is not clinically verifiable by laboratory tests, and rheumatic diseases, lumbago, cervialgias, back pain, knee pain, arthritis, osteoarthritis, hernias, varicose veins, corns, cooling, tendonitis, contractures, sprains, overexertion, and in general any muscle or joint injury caused by efforts constantly and repeatedly or others arising from a degenerative process or are not a result direct evidence of an accident with acute traumatic pathology.

Equipment
The board renting service includes the next elements:

• A SUP BICSPORT’s board
• A SUP paddle and a Leash

Aditional Information

• The client can ask for a free life vest and helmet. We recommend to wearing comfortable and light clothing, a cap and short neoprene booties. It’s necessary to carry water and sun protection. Drink water every 30 minutes at minimum.
• Sea’s conditions: We advise to you navigate only in sea conditions under grade 3 on Douglas scale if you don’t have experience in watersport or you don’t know the route. You can find the forecast of your area at www.meteosat.com
• The wind:We recommend to you, navigate only in wind conditions under grade 4 on Beufort scale. The wind will hit your body, getting difficult your balance into the SUP board. • Navigating in swimming areas is not allowed in any case and you must respect all the sea security signs.
• We suggest to keep at least a 5 meter security distance from any submerged object which is close to the surface, protruding, floating or navigating (rocks, any floating elements, buoys, platforms, boats, other boards, people, etc.)
• The maximum distance allowed to navigate with SUPING MALLORCA’s floating crafts, regardless of its propulsion, won’t exceed two hundred meters (200m) from the coastline.
• Users have refrain from going to sea if the sea state exceeds Strength 3 Douglas scale (rough seas, with wave heights than 1.25 meters, equivalent to wind force 4 on the Beaufort scale) and navigation is permitted only during daylight hours and visibility over one mile (1 km).
• If it will be necessary activate emergency or rescue procedure, user must pay overtime rent plus a fixed charge of € 50.00.
• For emergencies:Call 112 or transmit the rescue sign MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY through VHF Channel 16 or the 2.182 Khz frequency medium wave.
