This document regulates the conditions in Suping Mallorca S.L. offers the rental service of material per day.

Mr/Ms _____________________________________________________________, with DNI/passport ______________________________________, of legal age and adress at _________________________________(hereinafter, the client) states that they wish to rent material from Suping Mallorca, S.L. according to the following:

• That the client will rent for ___ day(s) __ Bicsport brand paddle surf board(s) owned by Suping Mallorca, S.L. which includes an image (Annex I) and ____ Bicsport paddle surf paddle(s) (Annex II) for an amount of 50 (fifty) euros each board with its corresponding paddle per rental day. For a total of ________ euros.
• That the client has read, agrees and accepts the general rental conditions of paddle surfing and that they are part of this contract. With the exception of the user’s provision of life jackets and helmets, which for this type of rental will cost five euros per day.
• That the client will not use the material rented in Cala de Son Caliu.
• That the client withdraws the material at _________ hrs on the ____ day of _____________, 202___. In case of having withdrawn the material before 12 noon, the material must be delivered before 12 noon the next day in the Suping Mallorca, S.L. located on the beach at Av.Son Caliu Nº8, Mallorca, 07181. If the material has been picked up after 12 noon, the material must be delivered before 6 p.m. the next day in the Suping Mallorca shelter area, SL located on the beach at Av.Son Caliu Nº8, Mallorca, 07181.
• That the client will be responsible for any damage suffered by the material that is delivered during the time it is in their possession, the amount of the material being €900 (nine hundred euros) respectively for the Bicsport paddle surf board and €120 (one hundred and twenty euros ) the Bicsport paddle surf paddle.
• That Suping Mallorca, S.L. will not be responsible for the use made by the client of the material that is rented, as well as for any damage or harm that may be caused to himself or to a third party.

That Suping Mallorca, S.L. will not be responsible for any damage or loss that the client or a third party may suffer due to the state of the material that is rented due to a misuse that the client makes of it.
