The published price is for the time indicated and per person.

Likewise, by renting equipment from Suping Mallorca SL you accept the following :

Clauses

• That the present service consists of the rental of the equipment without any other service included.
• That the service of delivery and collection of the Paddle surf kit at home (Calviá and Palma area) will have an additional cost of 20 euros.
• That the kit consists of an inflatable paddle surf board, a paddle, an inflator and a bag to transport it.
• That the client will rent the paddle surf kit owned by Suping Mallorca, S.L. for the amount of 20 (twenty) euros per board and paddle for each day of rental.
• That the client has read, agrees and accepts the general paddle surf rental conditions which form part of this contract.
• That payment is due at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, 100% of the amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be made.
• That life jackets and helmets will have an additional cost of five euros per day.
• That the client will be able to use the rented material in the Cala de Son Caliu, being responsible for the material during the time it is rented. The client may not store the material in the Suping Mallorca, S.L. storage area before the end of the rental period. If the client leaves or returns the material before the end of the rental period, the rental period will be considered to have ended.
• That the client withdraws the material at _________ hrs of the day ____ of _____________ of 202___, having to return the material before 17 hours of the day ____ of _______________________ of 20____ That in any case the client will have to deliver the material before 17 hours of the day in which the rent of the material finishes in the area of shelter of Suping Mallorca, S.L. located in the beach in Av.Son Caliu Nº8, Mallorca, 07181. Otherwise, he/she will have to pay an additional €20 (twenty) euros for each day of delay from 5 p.m. on the day the rental ends.
• That the client will be responsible for any damage suffered by the material delivered during the time he/she has it in his/her possession, being the amount of the material respectively 450€ (four hundred and fifty Euros) for the Waterfall Flow 10.6 paddle surf board and 120€ (one hundred and twenty Euros) for the Bicsport paddle surf paddle.
• That Suping Mallorca, S.L. will not be responsible for the use that the client makes of the material that is rented, as well as for any damage or harm that it may cause to itself or to a third party.
• Suping Mallorca, S.L. shall not be liable for any damage or harm that the client or a third party may suffer as a result of the condition of the rented equipment due to the client’s misuse of the sam
